If something on your page is wrong, we want to fix it.
Tokopo is a data product — being right is the whole point. Every dispute gets read by a human, acknowledged within 3 days, and resolved or explained within 14.
What you can dispute, and what happens
- A factual error (wrong channel linked, wrong name, a number that doesn't trace) — we correct it. Guaranteed.
- An identity mix-up (your profile shows someone else's account or content) — we fix the linkage and re-verify the data.
- A claim in an article — we review it against its sources; claims that don't hold are corrected or the article is retracted (unpublished, with a note).
- "Remove me from the index" — the index is computed from public activity and we don't offer removal on demand, but we review every request case by case and we do remove profiles when the request is legitimate. Tell us why, and a human decides — that's a promise, not a form letter.
How to file
Email hello@tokopo.co with the subject "Dispute:" followed by your profile or the article link, and tell us what's wrong. Every dispute is logged and tracked to resolution.
What the numbers mean (and don't)
